What is the MOQ and Price Term?
No MOQ is required for the first sample order. Small quantities are acceptable with neutral packing. Prices are based on EXW. For orders exceeding 1000-2000 pieces (depending on the model), FOB terms apply.
Can you provide customized designs?
Yes, as a direct manufacturer with our own mold and plastic injection workshop, we can design and develop products according to specific requirements. Logo and packing customization is available with an MOQ of 1000 pcs.
What is the estimated delivery time?
For regular neutral products, delivery takes approximately 15-20 days. For customized orders with specific logos and packaging, the lead time is 25-30 days.
What are the shipping methods?
Small orders are shipped via express (DHL, UPS, FedEx) or air, taking 10-15 days. Official bulk orders are usually shipped by sea, which takes 35-50 days depending on the destination.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, and Money Gram. For orders above USD 5000, a 30% deposit is required to start production, with the remaining 70% due before delivery.

Yes, the standard version comes with a 2000mAh battery. We also offer a high-capacity 5200mAh battery version for extended use at an additional cost.
