What are your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons with separate foam protection. We also support customized packaging based on your authorization.
What are your terms of payment?
For orders less than USD 3000, 100% T/T in advance. For orders more than USD 3000, 30% T/T in advance, with the 70% balance paid before shipment. We accept PayPal, TT, and Western Union.
How about your delivery time?
The specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity. Bulk goods typically take 25 to 50 days, while samples take 7 to 15 days. Urgent orders are supported.
Can you produce according to samples?
Yes, we can produce based on your samples or technical drawings. We can also build the necessary molds and fixtures.
What is your sample policy?
We can supply samples, but customers are required to pay the sample charge and the freight costs.
