What is the MOQ and Price Term?
There is no MOQ for the first sample order. Small quantities are acceptable with neutral packing. Prices are based on EXW; however, for orders exceeding 1000-2000 pcs (depending on models), the price will be FOB Guangzhou.
Can you handle custom designs and requirements?
Yes, as a direct manufacturer with our own mold and plastic injection workshop, we can develop products based on client requirements. Custom packing and logos are available with an MOQ of 1000 pcs per color.
What is the expected delivery time?
For regular neutral products, delivery takes about 15-20 days. For customized orders with specific packing and logos, the delivery time is approximately 25-30 days.
How are the goods shipped and how long does it take?
Small orders are shipped via express (DHL, UPS, FedEx) or air, taking 10-15 days. Official bulk orders are usually shipped by sea, which takes 35-50 days depending on the destination.
What are the available payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, and Money Gram. For orders over USD 5000, a 30% deposit is required to start production, with the remaining 70% paid before delivery. For smaller amounts, full payment is recommended to save on bank charges.
